About the Space ... Welcome to the Royal Room, a beautifully curated, professional space tailored for healing or creative independent practitioners. The room gets its name from its rich visual palette: a modern green marble wallpaper - at the request of one of the room renters, vibrant red and pink accents, and grounding wood tones.
Note on Shared Space: You will be sharing this beautiful room with a dedicated sand tray and play therapist and a family therapist. Their specialized therapeutic tools are set up in the room and are visible in the listing photos, including play figures, creating a deeply warm, grounded, and co-creative environment.
Make It Yours: You are also highly encouraged to further personalize and inhabit the room to truly reflect your personal and practice style. We love personalization! These individual human imprints - reflected in the furnishings and colors - are what set us apart from impersonal corporate spaces and give us a sense of rootedness.
It comes entirely move-in ready and fully furnished with:Ergonomic Workspace: Adjustable stand-up desk, office desk chair, and comfortable practitioner chair.
Custom Lighting & Privacy: Features a beautiful transom window to let in natural lighting, with the flexible option to draw velvet gold curtains for greater privacy and different lighting states.
Client Comfort: Plush velvet couch with accent pillows, a carpet, and a small round coffee table.
Thoughtful Details: Coat rack, ambient lamps, dimmable LED lights above, uplights with different colors, and unique wall decor - which can include yours. You'll see in the pictures the lights either dimmed low, with indirect lighting and overheads off - a preference for many of our neurodiverse clients with sensory processing differences, or turned up for a brighter feel. You adjust these to suit you.
Affordable Rates: $258/month for one day per week (e.g., booking every Monday of the month).

Monthly meetup: We meet monthly for 80 minutes for practical, energetic, and professional community. It’s the perfect way to collaborate, talk shop, and build lasting professional relationships without feeling isolated in private practice.
Location: On SE 25th Ave and Division Street on the second floor of the building: The Geode, above the gluten free bakery New Cascadia.
