You’ve participated in a men’s group with me in the past, or currently. Or you are new to this and would like to try it out! You are especially invited.
This is an opportunity for new men that have not experienced our groups to attend and get a feel for what draws in so many of us. It is also an opportunity for any current or past group members to attend on this Wednesday night, meet men from other groups, rekindle some of what you previously experienced, share in community, and receive and give support.
I will lead a couple of exercises in the beginning, both group and dyad brief exercises. We’ll then have each person check in, followed by a facilitated group discussion, and a short check-out from each person.
All men and male-identifying people are encouraged to attend. This includes cis, trans, and queer men, as well as various racial and cultural experiences, ages, demographics, and more…

6-8 pm - Men’s Group Meeting
8-9 pm - Keep connecting on own if desired, talk, leave at your leisure

No long-term commitment. Just RSVP. Men participate in these on-going groups an average of 2.5 years. I currently facilitate 4 groups: 3 of them in person, one online. Men’s work has been around for a very long time, and there will likely always be a need to meet, learn not to fear each other, practice supporting each other deeply, and discuss life challenges unique to our lived experience. Men’s groups help make us better friends, partners, lovers, fathers, sons, siblings, colleagues, husbands, neighbors, and people.
We will have group expectations of confidentiality and generally speaking in I-statements. Advice to others is usually not given unless specifically requested.
This open group is an opportunity to experience a men’s group. This is powerful and transformative circling up together!
